Boathouse Exec AGM

4th March 2018 12:00 - 14:00

An Annual General Meeting of the Civil Service Boathouse Executive will take place at the Civil Service Boathouse on Sunday 4 March at 12:00pm

Agenda

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 15 July 2017 (attached to this Agenda)

3. Chairmanís Report

4. Boathouse Captain's Report

a. request for authority to spend up to £7,000.00 for a replacement towing vehicle.

b. Boathouse Security

5. Presentation and Adoption of Examined Accounts for 2017

a. Planning and use of reserves

b. Boating fees

6. Election of Committee Members

7. Any Other Business

Please note: a number of committee members have indicated they'd like to stand down from their role, so if you fancy joining the committee that manages the boathouse, please volunteer - note that last year we were even lacking an assistant secretary!

I myself have done the Secretary job for so long that I'd be more than happy to hand over to someone from the active squad!

The Agenda, minutes of last year's AGM and a nomination sheet will be at the boathouse on Saturday, so don't be shy and volunteer.

Thank you all.
