I'm sure we're all not quite ready to face Christmas just yet, but the BBL/CYG Christmas Party, surely that's a different matter! It's that email you've all been waiting (too long, sorry) for! On with the details...

Date: Saturday 9th December

Start time: 7pm

Cost: £52 per head

Dress: Fancy Schmancy

Your ticket will cover a glass of fizz on arrival🍾, a glass of wine at the table🍷, an excellent three course Christmas menu🍽 and an evening of tunes spun by Gino the DJ🎶

London Porter smoked salmon, caper & watercress salad, lemon dressing

Chicken liver pâté, spiced apple & grape chutney, toasted Golden Pride sourdough

Goat’s cheese & caramelised red onion tart, baby leaves, balsamic reduction (v)

MAINS

Roast Usk Vale turkey breast, chestnut & apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, turkey gravy served with honey-roasted parsnips & carrots, roast potatoes & buttered brussel sprouts

Chalcroft blade of beef, mustard mash, carrots, roasted shallots, red wine & thyme gravy
