Dear Cygnets,

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Good Training Sessions Saturday and Sunday!

As mentioned before we are going to focus mostly in 8’s until the end of March. So please load availability through to March onto Fitclub, so the we can start working out how the race crewsare likely to stack up). Don’t forget these are the months where we build the platform for Summer. This week , Sunday 10.00 am, we have the first Head Race of the year, Quintin Head, come along cheer and give a hand if you can. Also we are still looking for someone to drive the Cyg-Launch for this Sunday. Please let me know if you can help out

Training this week:


Circuits : 19:15pm Cavendish School, Edensor Road, Chiswick W4 2RG. If you go direct to the school be there at 19:10. If you go via the club, people will be leaving there no later than 19.00. Can everyone please bring a towel and a drink to each session.

Erg (3x8mins @R26, 4' rest, 5km pace)

Weights Core , warm up properly pair with someone who was there in the introduction focus on technique.
