Dear Cygnets,

I hope everyone had a good weekend. Good Training sessions last week in the shed and during the weekend on the water. Good Start!

Please UPDATE YOUR AVAILABILITY in https://www.fitclub.me/ for all the sessions (including weights and ergs, so we can plan which of them are going to be coached) - cut off day for outings Tuesday!

This weekend (20th 22nd)  Sculling camp. Please fill in the Doodle by Wednesday night (18th), so we can organize best.
28th of September  Learn to Row -   Spread the word, share it with friends, colleagues, family.
29th of September - Regatta London we have entered a mix-boat with BBL Volunteers are needed in exchange with donation to the club please let me know if you can give ahand. (Link )

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: Meeting 19:00- to start 19:15 - 5km test R26
Wednesday Weights:
Thursday: Erg 4k/3k/2k/1k continuous R18/20/22/24 / then Loading the trailer for S Camp
