I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
We had a fantastic sculling camp at our little Bungalow on Hamhaugh Island. Good weather (most of the time), lots of sculling, a few newbies (well done), loads of swimming (to improve the blood circulation), some capsizing (always with style), a visit to the pub, a BBQ and the most important thing, loads of fun. Thank you all of you who made it possible, loading and un-loading the trailer, Alan and Chihiro for coaching, Martin D for driving the trailer, Rupert for sorting Food and Anna for the hard work during the whole weekend, sorry if I am forgetting someone.

Thursday Social: I will be cooking this week , so please let me know by Weds noon, if you are staying for food on Thursday after Outing/Training

Erg: 2x20' @ R22 3' rest approx. 2k+12s
Erg, 3 x 6' @ R24 3' rest approx. 5k pace
This Weekend Outings will follow for Saturday only, since the river will be closed due Regatta London on Sunday 29th
