We had HoR4s (Saturday) and Vets Fours Head (Sunday). Many Thanks to all volunteers, helpers – Boating, Parking Marshalling, Launch Drivers – for their hard work during the weekend, BBL for their catering (especially Sam). Also many thanks to Rupert for organising a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday evening. Unfortunately no Cygnet Crews this year (Blame the captain 😉)/ Next Stop Scullers Head, where we have five entries. Let’s keep up the good work until Christmas.
Training: Please update your availability in https://www.fitclub.me/ for all the sessions – (including weights and ergs, so we can plan which of them are going to be coached) and log on your erg results - cut off day for outings Tuesday evening!
Monday: Weights- Focus on technique
Tuesday: 19:00 to try to start together (19.15) Erg: 2x2/2/2km @ R18/20/22 2' rest, approx. 30' R20 + 5s Core and Stretching
Wednesday: Weights- Focus on technique
Thursday: (LTR will be also there, so please share the shed) Erg: 4 x 4' @ 24/26, 4' rest, 2km split Core and Stretching
