Good Moooorning Cygnets !!!!!

Beautiful Autumn weekend, with good sessions on the Tideway. Well done everyone. Thanks Alex and Jezz for coxing. Keep training.

Head Races before Christmas has been updated in fitclub, so please update availability so we can start selecting crews.

This week we have the first Head race of the season Pairs Head with a lot of Barnes Bridge Ladies and two Cygnet crews, come along cheer and give a hand if you can (as per Matt's email).

421 W MasC 2x Championship BBL -Richardson
463 W MasE 2x Club BBL- Broadhurst

..... a few km/miles away some us will be in Germany racing the Rhein Marathon.

This week Training as per plan ( see attached)

Tuesday:
Erg 3 x 6' @ R24 3' rest 5k pace
I have moved slightly the Thursday Erg to Tues, since LTR will be there as well so please share the space and let some of the ergs free (6/7) starting from the door.

Wednesday: Weights Core , warm up properly pair with someone who was there last week focus on technique.

Thursday:
Erg: 2x20' @ R22 3' rest approx. 2k+12s
Conditioning and Stretching.
Thursday social: please let Rupert know if you're keen to cook.

Outings will follow, please update availability by Wednesday noon.
And don't forget as per Stu's email 10th November Henley Lunch. Don't miss it.
