Report Damage
Unless you've been totally irresponsible, Cygnet does not apportion blame if boats are damaged but it is vitally it is important that you do report any damage. This is so that it can be repaired as soon as possible, minimising downtime on the boat and preventing any damage being made worse.
Minor repairs are done on-site but any major repairs or refurbishments are sent away for professional attention. We would expect you to be able to fix very minor issues like loose shoes, wonky slides or missing nuts yourself. Please ask a senior member if you are not sure how.
Damage to boats or equipment should be reported immediately using the form below or written in the boat log in the changing room. Please also report damage to the captaincy if you use the log book.
